PRODUCTION
Our products are manufactured either by the Revolver Department or the Forging Department.
| Revolver Department |
This department has been in operation since the company’s founding, and consists of 20 automatic lathes (revolvers) and a CNC machine.
This department enables our company to manufacture products of the highest precision and quality, from a variety of materials such as brass, steel and aluminium. |

Press: Our Company uses the “hot Forging” process, which allows us to utilize our two forging presses. |

| Steel blasting: The steel blasting process allows for the creation of embossed surfaces and product hardening. |

Processing: This department processes our forging products, utilizing several multi-purpose machines. |
